When Bonnie first started working with animals in 1998, she would physically be with the animal. As she began helping animals outside of her neighborhood, state, country, she was required to do remote (long distance) healings. She realized she was able to focus better and be more effective as there were fewer distractions. It also helps her to keep her objectivity versus being affected by an animal's behavior or appearance. And the biggest benefit is to help animals no matter where they live, and they can remain in the comfort of their home.
